Robot Heroes Fever - First Encounter

This scene shot was intended to mimic the battle scene between Bumblebee and Barricade in TF Movie 2007. But unfortunately they seems to be high-5 'ing' with each other. This is my first macro shot, to be improved later :)

Behind the scene: It was not an easy task searching out this guy at 7-11 stores in Klang Valley. My buddy mypassionfruit can attest to this. It was their relentless effort and enthusiasm that had helped us put this collection together. Kudos to them! This post will be a tribute to their passion for having the patience and time for making this happen.

Behind the scene: It had to be either pure luck or passion that had helped find us this rare Movie Metallic OP. It was definitely a great gamble for us knowing that we already had the Movie OP version at hand. The thrill was when we first opened the blind pack and there it was... Movie Metallic OP, we were overjoyed when we found him... now Double became Tripple!

Behind the scene: Once we knew that we had all 3 OP, we had gotta have Megatron to add him to our collection. It was again a frantic search at malls and convenient stores for the leader of the Decepticon. Now OP has met his match! u wanna piece of me?

Behind the scene: And how could we ignore Bumblebee; OP infamous sidekick... aren't they cute together? We got him together with Megatron at the same 7-11 store after hours of fingering the blind packs... many many many of them till we found him! Yeah! What a feelin!

Behind the scene: This classic pair is a must for all collectors. With the new TF movie 2 coming up, this will definitely reminiscence the adventure of the duo against the evil Decepticon. Mypassionfruits has certainly helped put this pair together in our preparation of the next wave of the TRANSFORMERS!

Have been eyeing this Big brother for a long time now. After many months waiting patiently for the right price; courtesy of mypassionfruits buddy, we got this at a great deal for rm130.

This it the best ever Rodimus action figure with a cool alternate mode to go with it.

Lego Bullet Run

Just having more and more fun...

The latest addition to the Lego Racers series and guess what... it's about trucks and more cars. Just can't get enough! Here are some shots taken recently to demonstrate our love of these toys!


















The Lego Bullet Run comes with a fully adaptable toll facility with nice little toll booths to match the scaled 1:55 cars. The original set comes with 3 hot trucks, 2 sports cars, 1 texan decorated limo and 1 dune buggy. Added to the list is a yellow racer which we received courtesy of mypassionfruits! Looks like this is another collection building up our sleeves.


















Excellent to depict the busy and heavy traffic of these days - especially the morning rush hour getting into the city!

Fast and Furious

Recent craze of fast cars and racing has really caught on... especially with the latest movie - Fast and Furious 4.

Some of the die-cast cars which I have collected in the past does come in handy to showcase our passion for speed and cars... I was inspired by the first movie - "The Fast and The Furious" and it never seems to end.

Rodimus Fever Strikes Back!

As soon as news was heard that Hasbro was releasing Transformers Universe/Classics 2.0 Legends Wave 5: Cosmos, Rodimus, Warpath, and Autobot Wheelie, yearning for G1 Rodimus was steadily brewing. Rodimus fever and the quest to find Rodimus Big and Little brother their new bot brother to the Rodimus family of bots was alive again!

... and after weeks and months of endless searching in malls, convenient stores, hobby and toy stores, it all ended today on this day 5 Apr, 2009 at Midvalley shopping mall. In a very surprising way, Rodimus fever subsided for the time being at least after the pursuit ended with a fantastic buy with the only set left on the shelf. To top it up, got this for pack with some discounts.

Fever fever fever... you ain't never gonna get enough of Transformers.

These 2 Transformers action figures were the ones that first ignited the Rodimus fever. The Big brother Henkei version stands out in the background with Robot Heroes version Little brother cheekily standing in front of him.

Lego Numero Uno

Our first ever Lego set for the kids! Got this at a bargain during TRU warehouse sales in Aug'08. This set comes with 1 lego figure but with loads of vehicles and 2 buildings. All at the cost of RM110.00!















Included a fire engine unit with 1 lego figure into the whole set. Got this as a gift! Nice addition to the collection.
